WESTERN STATES TECHNOLOGIES INC. SIGNS $1 MILLION LEASE WITH COMMUNICATIONS TEST DESIGN INC.
LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles office of Western States Technologies Inc. has signed a three-year lease with Communications Test Design Inc. (CTDI), a global leader in the wireline and wireless repair and logistics service industry.
According to Scott Venturelli of Western States Technologies Inc., CTDI has signed a lease valued at $1 million for 32,441 square feet at 2283 Cosmos Court in Carlsbad, Calif. The company will occupy 100 percent of the space.
CTDI, headquartered in West Chester, Penn., has provided integrated maintenance and product service solutions to the global telecommunications industry since 1975. Offering a service portfolio featuring wireline repair and logistics, wireless repair and logistics, engineering and installation services, global supply chain solutions, and production engineering and manufacturing, the company has 3,500 employees in 42 strategic repair and logistics locations worldwide.
The 2283 Cosmos Court property is located in the Palomar Airport Business Park across from McClellan-Palomar Airport. Venturelli said the Carlsbad space will serve as an additional strategic repair and logistics location for the company.
“CTDI, one of the world’s biggest engineering, repair and service providers for the global telecommunications industry, is a premier tenant for us,” Venturelli said. “The property is well-suited to the logistics of providing global technical support for the telecommunications industry. The site also offers excellent access to the airport as well as the amenities of a large office and industrial business park.”
Western States Technologies was represented in the transaction by Lannie Allee and Robert Carlson with the Carlsbad office of CB Richard Ellis. CTDI was represented by Ken Hulbert with the Newport Beach, Calif., office of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.
